Copa libertadores - saving crashes the game

This tournament is also unplayable. After few matches played it crashes to the dashboard. I am on xbox one and the save game file vanishes as I never started the tournament!!

this is happening also with champions league and any other tournament!!!!

there is no error message!

@EA_Cade there isn’t even an option for tournament mode. and loads of other people report it on there and still nothing gets done.

@EA_Cade Yes it crashes again. It freezes like for two seconds and crashes to the homescreen. Savegame file gone again.

Hi @Zlatan1101,

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
