I played before the patch 11/19/2019 - there were emoticons on the players' icons. The game was updated on November 19, 2019 - emoticons disappeared or turned into something incomprehensible.
I contacted technical support in the chat. REPAIR GAME was sent to the post office - to complete more than thirty points! Starting with the attempt to restore the game, launch the game on behalf of the administrator, carry out some actions with the task manager, perform some actions with Microsoft services ... and ending with the removal of hidden folders and files ...
I know for sure that before the patch this problem with emoticons was not!
This problem appeared after the patch 11/19/2019. And this problem arose not through the fault of my computer.
I performed file recovery, I rebooted the computer - the problem remained (there are no emoticons or they are distorted).
I’m not going to perform other actions with the game, system, computer, start the game as administrator, in safe mode, perform some actions with the task manager, delete hidden Origin folders and files, hide Microsoft services, disable them and so on, which I was advised in the letter.
I still wonder how they were not advised to reinstall the operating system.
Every year I bought FIFA, but it seems to be the last purchase of this game.
