Fifa 20 freezing/crashing when connecting to servers

Hi, when I load Fifa 20 on my PS4 it tries to connect to the servers, then a pop up happens on screen saying gameplay recording is blocked and then the game completely freezes. Please can you help me connect to the servers? Thanks
