Hi all,

I am having trouble connecting to the EA network on FIFA 20. As soon as I open the game up, the screen pops with ‘connecting to my EA account’ and it freezes. Of I press Cancel, I can access the game but none of the online content. However if I wait long enough “more than 10 seconds” to press cancel, I can’t even get out of the ‘loading screen’ and it freezes. 

could someone please help with the issue. 

I have also tried changing my team on my profile under ‘Profile Manager’, and still doesn’t work.
