Hi Experts,

I am a newbie here so please be gentle.

So I purchased and downloaded FIFA 20, having had FIFA 19 of which I had no issues playing online.

However FIFA20 will not connect to EA servers as the account I had, has been permanently suspended due to violations, I have no idea why as have not used the account for months and only for FIFA19.

So I set a new user on EA, this one. To try and link this to my PSN account aa  new one. When I do this it gives me two options one to send a mail to ch******avanci.site, who i have never heard of or to send to my app auth, so as i did not recognised the mail address I chose app auth, but the code i received never worked.

So in a nutshell:

Old EA account suspended (I have no idea what the logon details are) and am unable to link new EA account due to auth issues, so do anyone out there know how I can get back up and running online?
