Hi guys,

I was playing online earlier and got disconnected and haven't been able to get on since.

The error message on the loading screen is "We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 ultimate team. You will be returned to the FIFA 20 main menu"

I've tried multiple accounts and it's the same issue.

My friends tried my account and he can load in

I've removed my Xbox account and re-added

I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled

I've taken the power out of the Xbox for 10mins

I have rebooted the router (virgin media)

I have tethered my mobile phone and still have the same issue.

It is worth noting that I was unable to get on webapp for a little while, that has now been resolved and seems to be working.

I am able to play pro clubs, just not Ultimate team.

Any ideas?
