Hi Guys, I've been struggling with a login Error since Saturday, i have completed 7 Web-form and have spoken with more than 10 chat advisers, all to NO AVAIL!!!!!

for some reason there is a funny verification email listed when i try to go online, this is not my email (ks*****@supere.ml) and i have never seen it before, i dont know where i must still complain to get this fixed, i even Phoned PlayStation and they say the error is on EA's side.

PLEASE CAN WE SORT THIS OUT OR ARRANGE FOR A REFUND!!!!!!!!!
