Never Received Objective Reward

I completed the Icon Swaps Single player objective last season where you needed to win 6 Squad Battles on legendary using 11 Italian players. 

I completed the 6th game 30 minutes before the season ended but never received the reward player, Ben Barclay.

I flagged the issue up on Chat support at the time and was told I'd be receiving the player. 

That was on January 10th. Today I phoned the support line and spent an hour on the phone just to be told that I needed to post on the forum so that the forum support team could help. What do I do?

Hi @ EA_Cade. 

 

I completed all 6 games but for some reason it never registered the last two. The season was supposed to finish at 6pm but by the time I completed my 6th win at around 5.45pm the objectives had all disappeared. 

I think it might have stopped registering as it was close to the new season starting. 

In my EA chat they said that they were aware of the issue as other players were reporting it

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but according to our tools you only completed 4 of the 6 wins for that objective.
