not possible to connect to ea servers with wired connection

Hi all,

it is not possible for me to connect to the ea servers with a wired connection, I am online on XBOX live though. Can watch twitch, youtube, join parties etc.

However when I connect to the servers with a WIFI connection I am able to connect to the servers.

In the past I was able to connect with a cable connection, the only thing I have changed in the mean time is 5ghz network instead of 2.4ghz network. However this should only affect the WIFI connection and not the wired connection. So I am really lost here.

I have similar issue on my PS4. I cannot to EA server when I am using wired network or my 5GHz wifi. I cannot find the settings you directed for XBOX on my PS4 pro. Please help

Hi @klikklakpPOW,

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
