Disconnect loss
Hi,
For people who don’t put money on this it’s difficult to get rewards, especially now with TOTS as rewards. I try my best to grind this but I got 2 disconnected loses and I really think it’s unfair, besides that I was winning both of them games. I think you guys should do something about this and please do not tell me my connection is as it works perfectly.Waiting for a response

I had a earned a penalty in the last few minutes of a rut champions game and we were drawing 2-2 at the time. While the animations were loading before the penalty was taken, my opponent turned off his console and i didn’t get the win for it. This one game would have gotten me to 17 wish resulting in gold 2 and a guaranteed totssf community player in my rewards. Please give me my win Ea

I was winning 4-1 in my fut champs game in the 81minute and my game just stopped and I lost connection and took me back to the menu yet everything else was running fine connectivity wise (phone,mac). So it couldn't have been my connection * take really
