Console: PlayStation 4

Fifa20: Disk 

I decided that I wanted to install the portuguese commentary add on, like I had done with fifa 19. It took me a while to do so, but I installed the add on onto my console only to find that I would still have difficulty actually using the commentary. 

In "game information" (for fifa 20), it shows that the portuguese commentary is installed - yet it doesn't show up as an option in the game's audio settings. The only three languages I can have the commentary set to are Arabic, Polish, or Russian. 

I did the exact same thing I had done with fifa 19, so why doesn't the other language appear as an option? 

Someone please help. Apparently, EA chat support recommended a reinstall, whitch I did already and no luck.
