Cannot connect to the EA servers on Fifa 20

When I try and connect to the EA servers on Fifa 20 an error message pops up.

 

”In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to the PlayStation Network and you must be signed in to the EA servers”

 

I’m already signed into PSN so I don’t know what to do. Been happening for the last few days, tried troubleshooting but not successful.

Hey @theflyingdoormat I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

 

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
