Got the same "problem" here, up to division 4 from division 7 and getting division 7 rewards.

Are you gonna fix this? Cause i know quite some people with the same error.

Hello, I played FIFA 20 division rivals and got from division 5 to division 3 but my rewards in division 3 did not update and I still see division 5 rewards, will it be updated on thursday or is it a bug?

Same thing has just happened to me. But logged out then back in and I have them now

Can you try logging out of FUT and back in again to see if that makes them show up?
