Banned for what?...is my first fifa game i'm just learning the game an i got banned.i played the game with pause of two weeks and when i got inside the game ..surprise

This also breaks our rules. You can only communicate with FIFA, FIFA Ultimate Team, and our FIFA servers using an official version of EA SPORTS FIFA, otherwise it breaks our rules. An official version is one that you bought from us or an authorized retailer. You must also use either an unmodified platform or the official FUT Web and FUT Companion Apps to avoid breaking our rules |

Unfortunately we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.
However, here you can find a list of software that is allowed to run in the background when playing.
Easy Anti Cheat - Whitelisted programs
They are unfortunaly no other way.

@EA_Barry What is the point of contacting the ea.help, I have been waiting for the solution for 2 weeks now. After two weeks, they get back to me, saying they are not removing the transfer market ban, and would not come back with information why i got banned in the first place.

Am still can't login.. That's unfair all the players that i know are back in game after 100h of ban.. As i told you i didn't spent any of my tots points however am still banned.. I've contacted eahelp and nothing went right.. Still can't login
