Since saturday, i'm trying to figure out why that i get banned from web and companion app transfermarket. The reason is "we noticed your account has been communicating with FIFA servers through an unofficial or modified client, wich breaks our rules"

I'm so confused what it can be. I never shared my infos with someone, never bought coins or sold, never used any bots or something like that.

I'm 48 years old and never had a any ban in my entire life. Yes, i've bought fifa points to get some meta players but i'm still a caual average player.

Thinking there are 3 options that cause this ban:

1. Bronze Pack Players Method, did this a lot because famous fifa youtuber gave this advice.

2. Someone was trying to get access to my account (hack).

3. Our Internet provider did something with my IP Adress (but i dont think so)

If it is the Bronze Pack Method, they should also warn people from this to getting a ban from the transfermarket on web and companion app.

I've bought the ultimate edition long time before the game was released, the companion app is from google store and the web app is the website from EA.

Does the Bronze Pack method break the rules?

It so much fun at the moment with the great summer heat promo but it isn't funny wihout the web and companion app.

Contacted EA and hope that i can get a feedback from EA about this ban.
