Banned from the transfer market
Hi there, I have been banned from the transfer market after sniping Alexander Arnold constantly in an evening for cheap and selling him for more, I have created a case and messaged them on twitter to no response, I don’t understand why they would ban me for sniping the reason for my ban was “coin distribution” sending which makes no sense as all I am doing is sniping, I also completed the captcha about 20-25 times too and got a mini ban which subsided after I played one game, I don’t get why now they have given me a permanent ban as sniping is perfectly within the rules of the game
can anyone help me? my questions are
1) can I get unbanned?
2) when will ea review my case?

@JoshuaTheGamer I’ve been straight banned without a temporary ban for bidding on players just keeps coming up saying there’s an error connecting to servers whenever I try buy someone
