PSN Works EA Hacked

I am finally purchased FIFA 20 and was looking to play online. PSN login is good however when I sync to EA servers it’s telling me to validate and enter a security code. When the options come up, the email address is NOT mine.  We’ve been quarantined for 18 days now. All I want to do is play FIFA.  The ea site is impossible to navigate through can someone point me in the right direction?
