after the last update fifa 20 uses my 100% video card and i don't even have 60 fps mention that i have a PC with i7 9700k 16gb ram rtx 2070

Gotcha, can you try these steps https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers to ensure you have the latest drivers installed and let me know if that helps?
