Wrongful fifa 20 FUT transfer market ban
Hello guys, can somebody please help me. I haven't played fifa in probably around a month, I logged into my account a few days ago as I noticed there was a promotion on for the 11th anniversary of FUT. I made two purchases of fifa points, sold whatever decent cards I earned and then purchased a giggs icon card for somewhere in the region of 600,000 - 700,000 coins. I haven't been on since that night, i've been playing lots of other games. I checked my email when I woke up this morning and was shocked to find a coin distribution ban email! I then logged into my account on the ps4 wondering what on earth was going on and my WHOLE team bar my back 5 and 2 bronze subs are GONE!? can somebody clarify what is happening? I've never sent coins to anybody in my life and my account needs fixed! Please help, thank you!

Same here, but they wont open the ban. Only banned from transfer market in fut app here. But still wrong since I did not do sh!t....
Seems like they are polite in live chat, but they dont give a sh!t.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

As a follow up to this, I have just logged into my ea account after discovering I can see the trusted devices section, it says my account was accessed from nesher, israel late in january. Clearly somebody has been up to shenanigans on my account, got rid of all of my good players and then i've ended up receiving a ban for this? Surely somebody at EA can look into the specifics of what this coin distribution ban is about and locate where my account has been accessed from? I've literally done nothing wrong, I feel so upset and heartbroken. I have put so much effort into this game and a fair bit of money just to earn a competitive team. I hope this can be resolved but live chat doesn't open til 8am i'm desperate for some help
