Do you have any recommendations? I'm using wifi, but I don't think that's the problem to be honest.

Using PC | Directx 11 | Windows 10. Fluid gameplay offline.

Hi @EA_Cade,

I have used UOTrace and my results do not show any details for Ping AVG, % Loss, Pkts r/s or Ping Best/Worse... does that mean I'm not receiving anything? They're just completely blank - I have attached and also pasted below

@cutepoison7 Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
