My 11 year old son has been able to connect to FUT for 4 weeks. We have tried countless advisers on countless chats with EA games and tried everything suggested but we still keep getting the error message. Father Christmas bought my son FIFA points which he can't use and he has been sobbing tonight because the team of the year round out in 4 days and he is desperate for the 99 rated cards. Could someone at EA games please, please call us to help resolve. We have followed all the advice given and this is still unresolved and us soul destroying......
