Cannot join to ultimate team

ok so i have played fifa 20 more than 500h and suddenly when i did a format on my pc i downloaded the game and tried joining ultimate team. when i pressed play to join ultimate team it was loading then it just stop like a crash and it keeps doing that when i try joining ultimate team any suggestions please? this issue more than 2 weeks long

Hi @FapaJapla,

Gotcha, have you tried repairing the game by right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?
