Not getting wins on FIFA ULTIMATE TEAM CHAMPIONS when my opponents back out

Hi FIFA,

 

I’ve been playing FUT champions today, and whenever I’m winning and my opponents back out I’m not getting my wins added to my account.

 

I’ve reported this to someone from EA and they’ve not been very helpful!

 

Is this happening to anyone else? If so how did you resolve it?

Hi @ALEXMARTIN245,

If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
