This is an extremely frustrating issue.

Whilst playing FIFA 20 online Origin will randomly pop-up causing my game window to switch so I then disconnect from the game. FIFA is the only game I know that will disconnect you if you change windows whilst playing online and for it to disconnect due to Origin itself randomly opening is the icing on the cake especially as I do not even have any notifications. Sort it out Origin you poor excuse of a game client.
