Error when submitting SBC

Each and every time I try submit a squad I am told there is an error and I get kicked out of fut. 

I went and got that companion app and now that is giving me errors as well saying I'm signed in on my consoles fut even though I'm not!

 

This is issue goes as far back as 2016, from what I can see from other people reporting the same issue back then. 

 

IS ANYONE EVEN TRYING TO FIX THIS?

I did that and in order to enter fut I had to downloaded the latest squad update. I tried submit and the same problem occurred

Hi @YapperCan,

Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that says Squad Update or FUT Squad Update. Then let me know if this persists?
