Can't connect to EA Account when on Fifa20

Hi,

 

I've been desperately trying to find someone to talk to for weeks, i've tweeted, emailed, used the form. Can't find any phone numbers, so here i am...

 

I load up fifa20 but EA fails to connect to server and asks me to login, so i follow the login form but it wont connect. i know the login credentials arent wrong because i can login to my account here just fine, so need to know whats happening!?

It sounds from your post @jackunited14 like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

 

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
