there was an error accessing server data
Hi,
Two days ago the Fiifa20 game updated. Since then in Volta I have problems with customizing the players. Every time I try to save the changes this error occurs: there was an error accessing server data. I tried some suggestions from your Forum, like resetting my network equipment or reloading my Fifa profile. Nothing works. Please EA find some solutions to this. Thank you!

Hi,
I was getting the same issue when customizing. So I decided to isolate the problem by selecting items one at a time and saving, when customizing.
I found two specific items I own, that when I try to equip and save gives me that error.
Inner Top > Aquatic Standard Tee (just released today)
And
Inner Top > Snow Leopard Tee
No other item I have will cause this error when it is equipped and you try to leave customization.
Please solve this issue, I would really like to use these

Ok. I'll try this, too.
What have I done lately was to go in my origin account. I clicked on Repair. And started again the game. Customization worked with almost everything from the Volta store except a pair of socks (lol). When I try to save my editing it gives the same error.
Anyway I'l let you know if what you advised me worked.

Hi @dancebody0203,
Super odd. Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a career mode save file. Then let me know if this persists?
