PSN account ineligible
Hi, I've recently changed my PSN ID and for some reason my ea account has become invalid when loading fifa 20, when I log in on web browser with my psn details it says account is ineligible. I've tried to reset password on numerous occasions. Is there anyway to get my account back? Is this because I changed my PSN name?

@EA_Barry this is happening to me and I am one level away from completing my Apex season 4 battlepass i tried ea support on twitter but it seems like nobody wants to help me and most of my games are from EA battlefront 2, apex and anthem ii reset my password and put in several cases no reply and i don't have a number to call any help please will i be able to get my account compensated for this?

Mines now sorted turns out the email address i was using was closed down by aol, filled in a request to change email, once that was done I reset password and I'm now able to get on my FUT.

I'm having the exact same problem idk where else to reach out to I even contacted the ea help twitter. I purchased the battle pas not to long ago and been putting a lot of work in for it

I am in the same boat. I have reset password twice now. Account is still not eligible to play for Battlefront 2. Everything I have read says to call the help line. Well they have limited hours and you can only be on hold for so long. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
