Hello, here i go again..

I have been in contact with ea support agents 7 times via live chat, I have done the account recovery webform 5 times!! And no help at all

i bought fifa 20 for £30 last week and I can’t play because there is a old ea account linked to my psn for some reason and i dont know the password as its really old! I just want to unlink that account from my psn.. i bought a game for £30 and i cant do anything with it.. its annoying
