Fifa 20 Verification Not My Email

Hi Team,

 

I restarted Fifa 20 after update and now it's asking me for online verification.

 

But I notice that the email does not belong to mine.

 

My username was december_19.

 

This morning I just changed it to IkerCasillas-AU to see if it does anything.

 

I have submitted a ticket yesterday but a staff member said she could not help me and closed the case!

 

So I submitted another ticket just now.

 

I have a feeling someone has hacked into my account.

 

I am currently waiting on the phone to EA and it has been a good half an hour.

 

Can anyone please help me?

I've been facing the same issue and have submitted a case up to 10 times with the same explanation. 

I can't sign-in to EA servers in FIFA 20 and play it on PS4. I keep getting an option to verify through email but the email over there is not mine! I've asked for account recovery 10 times now with no reply and no success. I've spent on FIFA 20 but it's such a huge disappointment as I am unable to play FUT or online with my friends. I've been reaching out for the last 2 weeks and they keep closing the case and marking it as "Resolved" whereas it's anything but resolved. Can someone here please help me?
