cant connect to EA servers

hello, last 5 days i am not able to connect to EA servers, it says connecting to EA servers and stays there forever, i tried the trick with changing favourite team to liverpool, connection and everything else is fine, its not ISP related either cause my neighbour is on same and it works on his playstation, even with my account

please help, thank you

If your neighbor can connect on your account on his network, something is wrong with your local network.
