Every time I try to get into fut it comes up with an error message

I have tried restarting my ps4 and also restarting the internet. This doesn't seem to be the problem as I can play online seasons and pro clubs. Why is this happening???

I will load into the fut birthday promo preview and then it will come up with a message saying "We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the FIFA 20 Main Menu".

Please help me
