hello ,

I entered a fut draft which I needed to spend 15,000 coins on and as soon as I got into a game , the game kicked me out !!! (even though I didn't even have any connection losses), I came back and it said "claim your rewards"

PLZ CONTACT BACK , this is unacceptable , I want my money back

Hi @Dadacr72005,

FUT Draft uses a Peer2Peer connection so you aren't connected to any servers while you are in a match, if you are getting disconnected it's because you lost connection to the other player. You can follow these steps http://bit.ly/Open_Ports as well as playing on an Ethernet cable if you are currently on WiFi to make sure you have the best connection possible. This link http://bit.ly/SelfServiceFUTDraft will walk you through replacing the token.
