Players and coins are gone!

Logged in on Saturday morning and found out 100K coins and at least 20-40 top rated players (like Ter Stegen, Werner, Sabitzer, Paulsen etc.) are gone! I've been playing since FIFA 16, and never had such issues. EA What is going on? Support is a joke, still no help after 3 days....

- Maybe your account was hacked? Here what to do in this case

 

- Or maybe EA banned you? Did you check User Agreement. If you’ve got a ban or suspension on your EA Account, for a specific game, or for your device,  EA notify you via email. Check your email or EA case history for more details.
