I think this is a technical issue.

My catalogue has stayed the same since I got the game on day one (it was a pre order).

I have had to delete and reinstall the EAS FC Catalogue Update 1 after an error message on startup but that did not add anything to the catalogue - certainly not boots or balls. This I find strange as there are tons of new balls in the kick-off modes and I am sure there must be new boots, but nothing is in the catalogue. I also cannot find any of the new balls in FUT so I am assuming that, if I am right and I have a technical issue preventing me from accessing those balls in the catalogue, said balls are untradable. 

Maybe there is no issue and EA have just not bothered to make these new items for sale in the catalogue but that would go against all previous versions of the game.

I just hope that somebody can help me with this and that I can solve the problem (if applicable) without losing things like created players etc.
