FIFA20 no sound and dark screen on last update.

FIFA20 PC not working properly after the last update. Everything is fine until I select the personal settings option before you get the main menu.  When I click it the screen goes very dark and there is no sound anymore.  Changing the brightness doesn't help.  Please fix ASAP. Thank you

 

EDIT:  I seems that some personal settings have somehow been altered and the sound is set to zero.  I have restored this, but the dark screen can still not be fixed.  Please help

@YooungSinatraa Hi yea it's exactly the same as your screenshots. I can play kickoff but I can barely see anything. Guess we'll have to wait for the update cuz the support is non-existing...

Hi @Xedroz33,

Super odd. Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a save file. Then let me know if this persists?
