I bought a player on the transfer market and they are missing

I bought 84 rated Vidal on the transfer market for 3,100 coins, i then tried to but him back on the transfer market but he has disappeared and i dont have the coins i spent on him. It may be relevant that i did this on the app rather than on playstation
