Basically my problem is when I want to connect to the ea servers, something pops up from origin saying "login verification" and I have two methods to receive a code which are by email or mobile app authenticator but the email shown is not mine. So what can I do in order to play online

1. Go to http://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form

2. Fill in the requested information in the text fields.

3. Make sure the email you provide is one you have access to, we will be communicating with you here.
