I pre ordered standard edition and i haven't received any packs yet. Can it be solved?

- I pre ordered the champions edition I got the rare gold pack kits and loan icon. However I haven’t received any packs since. I paid for the packs and haven’t received them help!?!?

@hidankung Looks like you've gotten them all so far, they drop at the same time as squad battle rewards so make sure you aren't confusing them for one-another.
