EA has banned contact
I contacted EA games and got a stupid advisor who not only gave me no help but also banned me from future contact, my friend just tried and he can get through no bother but when I now do it it says "No support options available" even though I was just talking to them 5 mins prior. I then went to the bottom of the page and clicked "tell us about your feedback" but it won't allow me to send it at the end. This is what EA think about paying customers. I have a payment issue which I can now not resolve and will need to take them to court under the consumer rights act just to get it fixed. This is actually so wrong they can ban you from contacting them. All I ask is one English understanding and speaking advisor, is that too hard for EA? Bunch of scammers.
