FIFA 20 BRIGHTNESS AND CONTROLLS BUG

After an update for FIFA 20 in Origin I've got a problem with my brightness after pressing the start button and selecting a profile. Also my controlls don't work, even with a keyboar. Any ideas how I can fix it ? EA Support can't help me.

Hi @xEw0k3d,

Super odd. Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a save file. Then let me know if this persists?
