I’ve had the same problem in fut champions on my first game i’ve played today. After 10mins I scored a header from corner (1-0) but then I got blue screen which said a problem had occured. I logged in to fifa again and saw I lost the game.

What are you guys going to do about this?

Every time i score a header i get kicked out of the game, i get an error. This happened to me in 2 draft finals while i was winning both so i hope that ea will give me my packs for winning the drafts.

I've had the same problem it has just happended again now March 27th at around 16.15pm I crossed the ball headers it as it was about to cross the line blue screen with the same error code as posted this has happened on about 5/6 occasions now since last week for me and has cost me losses in my fut champs which without crashes is already stressful enough.

In two straight FUT Drafts, my game has crashed upon scoring a headed goal from a corner the instant the ball crosses the goal line. I know it is not a connectivity issue or an issue with my system, and some digging on Reddit has shown me other people are experiencing the same issue. It seems to be an issue with the header animation, specifically the towering header animation. In both cases I was credited with a forfeit loss and lost my draft entry, costing me over 30,000 coins. I have been referred to the draft token self-service website each time, but the system will not recognize it (seemingly because it was a crash and not a disconnect).

On ps4 there seems to be a bug where at times if you score a goal using any variation of a cross, in the air, on the ground whatever it might be the game crashes and you get an error notification. I was 18-0 in the weekend league and got two back to back errors while I was winning 3-0 and 4-1 and of course, they result in losses. @EA please sort this out, were in march of 2020 a bug like this that costs players placements and rewards should never exist. It also happened to multiple streamers so before you start blaming my ps4 or my internet, its a known bug there is a legit twitter threat about it with video documentation with hundreds of people its happened too.

Is the fifth time in a few days that happens to me in FUT! every time I score through a cross, the game freezes and crashes! And, of course, when I re open the game, I take the defeat. I tried also to reinstall the game but nothing changed. This is unfair and frustrating! when are you going to solve? it's a very serious bug, practically I can't play as I want! I have to avoid crosses! Are you kidding me?
