Today I spent the coins to do 2 single player FUT drafts. The first draft crashed in the first game, resulting in a 0 win draft. I then paid 300 fifa points to do another draft. Game crashed in the third game, resulting in a 2 win draft. The game has never crashed like this in any other mode. I tried using the draft token refund system but was told by EA that I don’t qualify for a refund, even though I deserve two token refunds. I want to know how to fix this constant crashing and also definitely want a refund for those two wasted drafts.
