Everything in my ultimate team has been deleted

All week everything has been normal with my account until today. I qualified for fut champions on Thursday and I usually play my games on the Saturday, which is today, but when I entered my ultimate team, all of my team/players In my club have been quick sold and whoever has done it has got rid of my 5 quick sell recoveries so I can’t get anything back. Someone help ASAP please.
