Wrong division rivals rewards
I finished rivals as Div6 rank 1 and got the rewards of Div7 Rank 1, is there any way to fix this?
I have opened my rewards on 19th of Dec 2019, as per your documentation I should get some Mega packs and rare packs, instead I got the prime gold packs.
let me know if you can help or need more info, I plan on Xbox one

I have the same problem, because i am in division 5 but I can only get division 6 rewards. This has been happening for weeks. And when I do challenges and go to division 9 I’m only getting division 6 rewards. So I am in division 5 and I want to get division 5 rival rewards and not division 6 rival rewards

Hi @HaithamElfalaky,
Did you go up a Division in the last week? If so I believe the rewards are capped to the highest rank in the division you were in at the beginning of the week to prevent smurfing.
