a few days ago EA fifa 20 had a serious bug after the #13 patch update.

the problem was that if you switched formation in game (even via custom tactics)

then at the end of the game (no matter if you ware winning or losing) the game was disconnected and a loss was registered, with loss of skill rating points and DNF.

it took you EA over 30 hours to fix this bug.

and when you fixed it, the only word from you was: we are sorry.

but what about our losses? the DNF, the Skill ratings, the not been able to finish the season's objectives or gather enough FUT points for the weekend league?????

nothing, not a word from EA about what had happened and how you are gonna do something for us pc players because of this bug that you EA introduced into a game who most of us invested a lot of money in (notto say anything of the time that was lost playing these games).

WE WANT EA to Say they are sorry, and at least give us something, at least reset our DNF if nothing else.

it would be nice to see you at least acknowledge this somehow
