banned for no reason

help i got banned online fifa 20 for no reason, ive never done anything wrong, the only software i run is 360ce(controller remap software)

it doesnt make any sense i lost alot of fifa 20 online games, and u guys accused me for cheating???

i just purchased this fifa20 end of last year, really sad how u guys treat your customer like this

already send a ticket 3 days ago never get an answer
