Fifa 20 career is broken!

I am constantly being fired in my career because I am breaking the salary structure.

I play for all the trophies. I can't offer you 500€ to a 90 Overall Rating player, I offer him 30.000€ (is one of the better earners, but absolutely justified!

What is this nonsense? What can I do. Please patch this EA, otherwise my career is basically broken.
