Drogba 87 and 89 users, please give me your thoughts
Which one though? Any reviews would be great.
Used the 87 in draft and he was a tank. Obvs not a great dribbler but wasn’t as bad as I thought. But strength, finishing and pace!
Is the 89 better or worse?
Price is similar on both
Ps I can’t get him in icon swaps as missed a few from first batch

Yeah can see where your coming from but I don’t really care for those players or the meta. It gives me more pleasure playing with players I like in real life. I was just wondering which version to go for is all. Thanks anyways
Drogba was the one player I wanted to use more than anybody this year I just found him very underwhelming

There is a risk of always waiting and never buying.... but, I'd wait until X-mas and see what the Prime does on price.
I've got OTW Hazard- so I'm hoping he'll get an inform before or soon after the Prime is released as I want to pick a Drogba card as well.
If you like a targetman striker, they all versions look very good to me.
I'm using SIF Abraham now for reference, after having 244 Games 173 Goals 87 Assits with his IF, so I'm looking forward to picking up Prime Drogba (hopefully for under 1.5 mil.
If you don't want to wait, I'd pick the base over the middle personally - but there doesn't seem to be all that much difference between the two.

I just bought the 87 and he fits my play style hes super strong and holds up the ball and links play also scores a fair few he wont skill past defenders so of hes ur favourite player get him n play to his strengths

Thanks mate that’s helpful. I’m gonna go the base I think for the pace and slightly more agility. With a hunter the shooting stats are maxed almost anyways.
I think the prime will be great but I reckon he’ll be nearer 2m unfortunately but I hope I’m wrong.
