Please help - Unable to connect to the Ea Servers Fifa 20

Hi I can't connect to ea servers from my xbox since yesterday. It is the most annoying glitch.

Receieving the Unable to connect...Please check your connection message..

I have checked and tried the suggestions in the forums, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing worked.

Please help us to solve this is most annoying. Singed up for the weekend league but cant connect to the ea servers.  Thanks

  • From New Zealand by the way. Everyting is working fine but can't connect to the ea servers. Seen on twitter some people with the same problem. Cheers

Hi @snowingearth,

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
